"TKD has helped because I was going down the wrong path, getting into  a lot of trouble.  Now I get good grades and have good goals on my mind.  I have more confidence and have lost a lot of weight too!

I like helping because its rewarding knowing I help students progress.

My goals are to - get my 1st degree black belt, progress in sparring and some day make it to the Olympics.  I also want to become a Senior Instructor when I'm older.

I like TKD because it's good exercise and makes me feel good about myself."

Training Instructor Baleshiski has come a long way and is progressing tremendously in the sport of TaeKwonDo.  She is a Deputy belt and will be testing for her 1st Degree Black Belt in summer of 2010.  It is a great pleasure having Jeanette at ATC.  She has goals and drive to become the best she can be in TaeKwonDo and in all areas of her life.
